Smart-plug logs pump current and run-time at 1 Hz. LSTM model detects abnormal vibration + current spike = pre-failure warning 5-7 days ahead. Reinforcement learning scheduler optimises pump runtime against: free-supply window, solar window, soil moisture, evapotranspiration forecast, and crop stage. Outage signal pulled from TSSPDCL feeder feed + neighbour reports.
