When should the provider visit?
For low-literacy farmers — voice OTP read aloud in Telugu before placing the order.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled slot.
Reschedule: Free reschedule up to 2 hours before slot, twice per booking.
Refund: Auto-refund to UPI within 24h on cancellation. Within 7 days for completed services if quality issue raised.
SLA: If provider misses scheduled slot by more than 2 hours, ₹100 credit auto-issued.
